The biggest sale per company in the last 30 days. Funds and funds-of-funds are excluded; the tag shows who sold.
The same ranking with 10% shareholders added. They dominate on dollars, and their selling means something else: an investor trimming a stake is not an executive leaving the company they run. The tag counts how many of the sellers were officers or directors.

Insiders buy for one reason and sell for many: taxes, a house, diversification, a plan set up a year ago. That is why a sale on its own tells you much less than a purchase, and why this page ranks on dollars sold and not on a verdict.
Three things make a sale more worth a look: it is not part of a pre-arranged 10b5-1 plan, it is made by the people who run the company, and it is large compared with what they still hold. The first is explained in how much selling is scheduled in advance; the second is the executives view; the third is the “Held after” column on each company page.
Form 4 must be filed within two business days of the trade, so this list is close to current. It is a record of what happened, not a recommendation. Purchases are on the insider buying page.
Members of Congress disclose on a different form, with amount brackets and up to 45 days’ delay. See Congress trades.
