Tell us what to watch for

One email a day, only when something you asked for actually happened. No account, no password — an address and a few choices.

Cluster trading

Three or more insiders at the same company within 30 days.

Individual trades

Only above the amount you set, so the list stays short.

Specific companies

Tickers, separated by spaces or commas. Leave empty for every company — with a threshold set, that is the whole market.

What you get

A single digest rather than an email per trade. Form 4s arrive up to two business days after the transaction, so a message ten minutes sooner tells you nothing — and at a $1M threshold there are roughly eight purchases a day, which as separate emails would be unreadable.

Scheduled trades are marked. About 59% of insider sales run under a 10b5-1 plan set up months in advance, against 4% of purchases — so a sale is often a calendar entry rather than a decision. We measured it.

What we do with your address

It is stored to send you these emails and nothing else. It is not shared, not sold, and not used to work out who you are. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes the address rather than marking it — we keep no record that you were ever on the list.

You will get one email to confirm. Until you click it nothing is sent, and the request is deleted after a week.
