What directors and officers bought in their own company over the last 30 days, with their own money, ranked by dollars. Updated October 31, 2026.
Open-market purchases (Form 4 code P) of $25K and up per trade, last 30 days, officers and board members only. Awards, option exercises and gifts are not purchases and are left out. A director who runs an investment firm may buy through it; the filing still lists them as a director.

The biggest trade per company in the last 30 days. Funds and funds-of-funds are excluded; the tag shows who bought.
The same ranking with 10% shareholders added. They dominate on dollars, and their buying means something else: an investor topping up a stake is not an executive backing the company they run. The tag counts how many of the buyers were officers or directors.

Insiders sell for many reasons: taxes, a house, diversification, a plan set up a year ago. They buy for one. That is why a purchase on the open market is read as a view on the company, and why this page counts only purchases and ranks on money actually paid.
Three things make a purchase more meaningful: it is made by the people who run the company (the CEO or CFO more than a board member), several of them do it close together, and it is large compared with what they already own. The first is the executives view; the second is the cluster table above; the third is the “Held after” column on each company page.
Form 4 must be filed within two business days of the trade, so this list is close to current. It is a record of what happened, not a recommendation: insiders are wrong too, and a purchase says nothing about price. Selling is covered on the overview and in how much of it is scheduled in advance.
Members of Congress disclose on a different form, with amount brackets and up to 45 days’ delay. See what Congress is buying.
